The 5-axis horizontal multi-joint soldering robot UNIX-HFR has the characteristics of ultra-high speed with a maximum composite speed of 7,128mm/sec, high repeatability and high rigidity. The FR series has the unique function of selecting the axis stroke length of 350mm, 450mm and 550mm. A highly versatile robot that is most suitable for laser welding work methods and soldering iron welding work methods.

Software capable of storing and editing solder data. The interface is clearly visible and each step can be edited on the pc, allowing solder editing regardless of operator skill.

Real-time monitoring and tracking of the running status of soldering robots. The manpower-saving online production can also keep track of the production situation at any time. Video recording is also possible by installing a camera on the welding head, and in combination with serial management by reading QR code information, more substantial traceability can be realized.
