Laser Soldering Application System
JAPANUNIX laser head
The laser light transmitted by the laser generator through the optical fiber is shortened by the laser head to the appropriate size and selected designated area. A coaxial CCD camera is standard for the laser head, and many other features to improve manufacturability.
Internal structure of laser head
The internal structure around the laser head area is protected by air jets to prevent flux fumes from contaminating the optics. For a compact structure, the CCD camera is set coaxially with the laser optics assembly.

For laser soldering, it is extremely important to control the laser output. This decisive output control is performed by the controller. At the same time, the generator is connected to the LD laser with an optical fiber, and the laser energy is transmitted to the head through the optical fiber.
ULD-02(75W) consists of a controller (control part), a generator part and a driver.
The laser device complies with the International Elecrotechnical Commission IEC60825-1:2007 standard, and also complies with the Japan Industrial Standard JIS 6802:2011. The laser class is 4. Approved by FDA for export to the United States.
